The Eco-hommies Group comprisess of 3 General Partners: General Manager, Nichole Fabillar, oversees and leads all the business operations, finances, and the sales and administration. Then the General Manager of Operations, Nathania Vela, ensures the operations are efficient, effective and timely; wherein she manages organizational strategy, controls of the business, etc. Lastly, the General Manager of Finance, Joshua Pabayos, as he involves in the allocation of financial resources within an organization, budget planning, and provision of financial advice to the executive management team to facilitate optimal business decision-making.
